Unity Recovery Center offers a comprehensive 3-7 day medical detox program to safely support individuals through withdrawal from opioids, alcohol, and benzodiazepines. Our experienced team provides a fully supervised, medically assisted detox, using carefully selected medications to minimize withdrawal symptoms and ensure clients are as comfortable as possible throughout the process.
During your stay, our compassionate staff is here to provide round-the-clock support in a calming, structured environment, ensuring safety and dignity. While detox is an essential first step, it’s only the beginning of the journey to recovery. We encourage all clients to pursue continued care afterward, and we assist in coordinating transitions to aftercare options, such as residential treatment, outpatient therapy, or sober living environments.
At Unity Recovery Center, we’re committed to providing each client with the resources and support they need to build a strong foundation for long-term recovery.
When you arrive to our property, your first stop will be the Emergency Department on the first floor for an assessment and labs to determine your needs for admission as you would any other medical need. Once your labs are back, you will be moved to your room.
Like you would for any other medical need, the ER comes first to allow proper assessment of the situation. The ER provides a full medical evaluation to identify any underlying health issues that need to be addressed prior to starting detox safely.
Addiction often masks or worsens underlying health issues that may need immediate attention. By first sending clients to the ER, Unity Recovery Center ensures any hidden complications—such as liver damage, infections, or heart conditions—are identified and stabilized before beginning detox. This approach prioritizes the client’s overall health and allows us to create a safer, more effective treatment plan.
